Guys you cand find angle of x hour and x minute by this formula
H*30-11/20*M
But remember that Enternal angles always be less than 180 degree and external angel always above 180 digree,
If angles less or above by cause you cand minus in 360 and then you will find correct angle
(H×30)-(11/2 ×M)

Another formula to find angle between hands is : (30 × hour) - (5.5 × Minutes) or 30H - 5.5M where H and M are given hour and minute.
