Thank you very much for your help. My Cuisinart wine cooler had exactly the same outcome after replacing both MosFETs and input capacitors. Similar board. 12V output was low, around 4-5V and I was thinking that the DC cooling thermocouple was bad because when I disconnected it, 12V were normal. I replaced all rest electrolytic capacitors, two 47μF/50V were low and now it is working fine.
I have a NEWAIR CIGAR HUMIDOR 100c that needs a PC board. Manufacturer said I have to replace the board but they don't make replacement parts for this unit so now I'm stuck with a paper weight...smh if you can help me I'll appreciate it.
Go to the electronics forum link first to identify your board, then go to aliexpress.com to find a reseller. You might also find a more local vendor of the board on ebay or amazon.
