This guy has a great voice but to say he destroyed Bobby Womack was a sign of ignorance. It take more than a strong voice to become a legend. Bobby Womack's version was a classic. Has anyone heard from this guy since he sung his version. K C and Jo Jo had a good version who they dedicated to Bobby Womack. They had to much class to claim that they destroyed him.

I don’t know why dudes are so afraid to sing in a lower key when necessary. Everybody a tenor when they talk then turn into an alto/soprano when they start singing. When Bobby, Teddy, Barry, LJ Reynolds and WeeGee Howard (Dramatics), Marvin Junior (Dells), or Harry Williams (Bloodstone) - sang it was with authority and passion. Now everybody just wants to sound “pretty”.
You did not destroy Bobby Womack. No shame but you and Bobby are in different vocal categories.
And different styles. Where he now? Is he still a voice coach?
