Actually the window a/c unit takes in the air as you drive and there is ice water in the bottom of that cylinder that mixes with the air as it flows through thus producing the a/c. No pressurized anything.

I'm pretty sure they are called swamp coolers, you take either water or ice and blow air over it thus cooling it down and giving cool air to the person in front of it.
And I mean in front of it literally since it only really works for the first like 3 feet in front of the things, although a car one like this would probably work better but obviously only while driving and not when stopped.

@@bobafett9321yeah so true 😣, I am on next gen Series X and all these godmode people really ruin the fun in open freemode. Literally almost everyone I drive past will instantly shoot at me without hesitation, even when I try to be friendly to them. Nowadays the lobbies are always filled with these goofy kids who think that the purpose of freemode is killing everyone in the session.

Did everyone forget about the Weeny Dynasty also having a taxi livery? If the Dynasty can't do taxi missions, what makes the Broadway able?
I think everyone forgot Dynasty even exists. Which is a shame imo, it's a really nice looking little car🥲

The window mount a unit is a popular choice for many hot rodders here in the states. Most notably on 1940's cars. The 47 Chevrolet fleetline is a popular but rare hot rod here that looks very close to the broadway

Its a western thing though. Nobody here in the south used them because our air is already humid so it wouldnt work as good. Back then they just rolled their windows down. It was more of a California, New Mexico and Nevada thing especially with salt flat racing and baja.
I think the reason of the crazy engine no fenders look is inspired by the 8th Fast and Furious movie, but I could be wrong.

Fun fact: this car is manufactured by Classique but it has Vapid car mat, regardless of this oversight imo it's a cool addition to my garage.
YO ITS A F&F CAR! Rusty livery with matte tan paint, obviously the “Oh My Hot Rod” Bodywork. Pop the hood and drive until it flies off and it looks decent.
Doing 50 fares to unlock the livery might be a reference to the older GTA games where the Taxis would all get nitrous and could bunny hop after doing 50 fares (In GTA 3 though it was 100)
Can’t wait to do 50 taxi drop-offs just to unlock a livery that won’t let me use the car as a taxi. If it was 50 to be able to use the car as a taxi, I understand. But I highly, highly doubt that.

I actually never seen a Swamp Cooler before. When I got this car I was mesmerized by it. Like, what…the heck…is this? I dunno but I like it.

I wonder if there's going to be a Benny's version upgrade for this.
This thing needs a Benny's upgrade, if it had hydraulics and we were able to put Benny's wheels on it we could get some sick looking hot rods and just make the normal car better, I still don't understand why they don't let us just drive any car into Benny's and put custom wheels on them even if they don't have an upgrade, it's clearly not a physical game limitation but an arbitrary limitation they put on them.
This reminds me of a fleetline. Should be able to put hydraulics.

They should release HSW cars together with new cars. Like come on, we get like 2 HSW cars per 6 months. They made this shit exclusive to new gen and still don't use it lol
Rock⭐ did a pretty good job making a clean, (well if u build it clean) old school American classic..my dad raced these way back in the day, down to running stripped out rods on the beach in Asbury Park NJ..

Is it just me, or other people notice as well, as a car guy, it pisses me off, that front wheels dont turn like they should in real life, what has happend, wheels barely turn nowadays on the new cars...
I guess this is the car to make the chevy fleetline from fast and furious 8 even though its not based on a fleetline but the whole removing the entire hood and more u can make it to some degree
If you buy it from simions it is 10mph faster and will wheelie
Idk why everyone want those taxi liveries you can't use any other car with the taxi livery to actually do taxi jobs it's useless totally they put all these taxi cab type vehicles in the game but then make it that those cars can't be used as a taxi well why have them look like taxi's if you're not gonna be able to use them for that 🤨 those are the kind of things I hate about what R* does the act like they're gonna add something dope for everyone to use they put it in the game and then we have to learn the hard way that what they added to the game doesn't really have a purpose it they make it seem like it will before it's released and once it's in the game people always find out they've been tricked and it was just to trick and lock in some new players instead of just giving players what they actually want
Honestly I think Rockstar does it on purpose. If you look at the grand scheme of GTA, it really is somewhat of a real-life simulator. And that includes simulating all the BS in life too. They purposely F you over.
Why do you think the cursor (when browsing the web) is a middle finger? They are emulating how companies and Big Money F you over in real life as well. All these companies who say one thing, yet deliver another.

It appears that with the front removed and the rusty livery, it could be Dom's cousin's car in Fate and the Furious.. that he flips into the water at the end of the race

I just finished the 50 deliveries and I don’t even care about the livery anymore. This felt so pointless. Already spent hours rearranging my cars in my hot rod garage. 😮💨
I still don't understand why Rockstar doesn't add speed and accel when adding a supercharger... They REALLY never fully think things through

The door works kinda funky. And the front fender is odd shaped.
Rockstar should make a Kuruma renewed version with more customs name should be kuruma rs and be a benny vehicle

im upset that theres this big fire thing on the cab front, really ruins the whole "classic taxi" thing.
They have to add something for low attention idiots to clap like seals at, so they add just one section that has to be hot rod inspired, heaven forbid they use a factory taxi paintscheme which if they did any research, would know that it changed a lot. In 1950 Checker models were sunset yellow, in 1948 they were a twotone of white and dark green. In the 1930s they had one's that were metallic white (not modern metallic, proper pearl lustre metallic) with mint green two tone, they had light yellow biege ones, there was a blue and white model, and red. A lot of variety.
The reason they did that to the front is cuz people also like to do the fast and furious car that TORETTO did for a face

Call me crazy, i did 50 fares. Took me approx 3hrs, what a noob. ;D then i realize that i need to buy a Broadway, and then use the livery. What a noob. don t blame me. hahah. tnx for the videos!

It's just sad and disappointing that this and the Dynasty have taxi liveries but can't do the new taxi work, you know how cool it would be to be picked up in a taxi that looks like this thing? I would totally pay extra to have a taxi ride in this thing.

There are a few liveries that need you to do stuff to unlock them, that's just standard.

So at the beginning of “The fate of the furious” Dominic raced a car like that and ripped off the fenders and hood so I think it may be based off of that car ..
I’ve unlocked the taxi livery and u can’t use the classique broadway in taxi missions!!! I tried!!!! They need to make some changes with the taxi missions and allow us to use the taxi broadway and other personalized cars with taxi liveries on them!!!
Merge it with a hotring car and make sure the hotring car has the same number as a taxi Livery on the Broadway and that should automatically unlock the taxi livery. That method worked for me unlocking all the rare locked liveries for the tuners update. I plan to try it with the Broadway next time I get on
I'm totally diggin this car now, knowing the mods available... If they didn't have these options, I was not going to buy it.

The LSCustom liveries are only complete on the left side of the car. There are letters and graphic elements missing on the right side... :(

So glad I made a bunch of custom numberplates before they pulled the ifruit app (PC). Anyone on next gen? Can you create custom plates without ifruit?
No you can't create custom plates in next Gen and the ifruir isn't working too.
@@sde4535 Yeah when I heard R* were not going to support the iFruit app I maxxed out my private plate list. I went to login for a 2nd account and it came up this app is no longer supported and just closed, no option to use the app even if you already have it installed.

They literally made it clear from the very beginning you unlocked that livery by doing 50 taxi fares. It's a bonus livery, you don't HAVE to do it.
Just like me you could have already done those 50 fares 2 weeks ago when they stated that this car would have a bonus livery on release that will take 50 taxi fares to unlock..
And by that, not everyone thinks taxi work is "boring as hell". You make it sound like it's a fact and almost mocking it. Lots of people actually like doing taxi work, it's just chill to do. It's something relax and easy to do if you're waiting for someone or something.
I didn't think he was mocking anyone who likes being the Taxi, but without the ability to drive a nice car I got bored of it too, I would rather just drive my own car around the city randomly. I feel like it's a missed opportunity, you could have had cars that are fast but hard to handle as an alternative, then you risk loosing more money through crashes than you earn from being quick.
You would think that as a car guy, he would understand the enjoyment of just driving around…

I am actually upset because I did the 50 taxi missions and the thing is still just a livery. I really thought that the taxi livery will enable us to do taxi missions in these cars, but no, they are still just a car.
