Went to buddies 9th dec around 9pm, very small, was asked to share a table with strangers, unheard of. Ordered pint and a aperol spritz, the latter being awful, drank just under half and had to leave it. Left bar after 15 mins, it now had 4 empty tables available. Laura seemed very stressed and could just about reach bar to make cocktails. If you want a well made aperol, please go to Locanda Italian restaurant in Los Christianos.
As a regular visitor to Los Cristianos we passed Harriet's regular but never went in (either heading out or home) but on the last day of our last holiday in August we called in. It was delicious. We got a breakfast, omelette and pancakes although it was closer to lunch. Then had the what I assume were homemade desserts as the portions were large. We're not back to May and staying closer to Las Americas this time but my wife's a regular visitor to the large Chinese shop just across the road and down the steps and I have no doubt we'll call again.
Interesting, I never realised that was where Buddies bar had opened up - I used to stay at Parque Margarita back in the 90s. The Fox used to be Cafe Margarita, the 19th Hole was an Italian restaurant (can't remember the name) and somewhere around where Buddies is now was the Liquid Trap - where I started my love affair with Canarian Potatoes. (and of course the Sol Arona was known as the Princesa Dacil). Nice trip down Memory Lane, cheers Tez 👍
we have walked that walk many times, that plot of land just up fro Lewinskis has always looked a little lost, some nice times in Lewinskis, Stayed in Cristian Sur once when we couldnt get an apartment on Victoria Court 1
Hi all day time recordings are taken on a GoPro 11 action camera set at 30 frames per second recording in 4K, the camera will record up to 128 Frames per second 4K Ultra which is perfect for slow motion to capture great picture quality. Stayed at Tenerife Sur in September quite good but no aircon no lifts.Ate at Harriet’s four times excellent food catered for me who has Ceoliac disease.Good area to stay close to the bus station lots of bars etc.🎉
Hi I thought none of the apartments had air con but another viewers advised me some of the apartments now do have air con maybe they have started reto fitting it.
@@tenerifetez2104 Ho there is an annex building at the other side of the pool,apparently some of those rooms have aircon and have a lift,some are private I believe.If you wish to stay there then I think you have to upgrade after booking.🤔
Hi there are 6 bars still doing the €1.00 a pint all located near Bobo Playa in Costa Adeje 3 around the Castle and 3 around Bora Bora there may still be a few others around. Thanks, Tez.
Hi it is always difficult where food is around there are lots of reasons why a meal can go wrong and I suspect we have all be to places when we have had a great meal and the next time it is not so good even the cooking can change our perspective maybe if you go again the meal will be different who knows?
