    I am state level powerlifter...My doctor suggest me to must wear supportor while doing any gym exercise.... Don't listen to this fake influencer

      Powerlifting is a different things he's saying this for gym rats not for elite powerlifters

      Mai 2017 se gym kar rha hu. Mai bich mai chor deta hu personal works krke. But during 2017-2020 mai regular jata tha. Aaj tak supporter ya langot nahi khridaa and I’m totally fine. Have done heavy deadlifts,squats. Aaj tak kuch nahi huya. So jisko aap fake bol rhe ho jaake pehla unka channel study krle ptaa chal jayega. Kahi rohit khatri ke channel par nahi hai bhai tu. Akshay chopra sir ka channel hai. Har video,short well defined hota hai with proper studies.

    Me batata hu sach.....Usually India me 90% ladke dheele wale U shape underwear pehente he jo ki wese bhi galat he aur jab ham treadmil me bhagte he aur exercise karte he to gehne hil hil ke dard kar dete he

      Do not rely on half knowlrdge of these trainers u must wear supporter in gym to avoid twisting or epidydamoorchitis

    Legs Day pe Supporter pehenana chahiye, baki days itna kuchh frk nahi pdta, but agr legs me heavy exercises kr rhe he, to supporter use krna chahiye, bcoz legs days ki exercises me pelvic area me bhi bohot movement hoti he,,,,

    I personally wear supporter in gym because of comfort reason only that's it 😅 Because it keeps our private parts on point so I can workout easily and comforabelly 😊

      Bhai mai 2018 ki baat kruga. Us time mera weight 55kg tha. Mai 90kg ki self squats lgata tha, 170kg deadlift PR tha mera us time or abhi bhi, sare heavy workout kiye hai. Na us time supporter daala na aaj. Or aaj tak single problem nahi aai kyunki maine ego lifting nahi kiya. Sab practice krke us level tak gya tha. Toh agar ego lifting kroge bina practice kiya fhir tih chahe supporter daal lo fhir bhi injury hogi

      Kuch nhi hota 3 months me.. Saalo lagte hai.
      Kam se kam 1-2 saal do apne aap ko tab jaakar thoda bhut change dikhega.....
      And 4-5 saal me body banti hai tab apne aap dikhoge just consistency se krte rho

    Once upon a time i had go to park for sprinting without support. It was my biggest mistake because next when go gym with wearing support and doing bench press i feel pain in my balls (testicles) the next when i am doing deadlift i feel very pain. Next day when i am doing leg press with 90 kg i feel horrible pain in my balls. I can easily leg press on 150 kg (13 reps 3 set) but on that day this pain ruin my leg day. So please wear supporter in any gym and running also. Specially on summers
