The shift is very real. I've called myself an atheist for 8 years and I felt the shift and now I eat extremely healthy, run, do yoga, and feel extremely connected to some spiritual energy.

This might be what I felt during the night that changed my life. I was going through a very toxic nihilistic episode and to make story short, I had been thinking about death, purpose, and defeat so much. I was just looking for a way to end my life in a non traumatic way, not for me, but for the ones around me. And that's when it happened. I'm still convinced that my wish to die was so deep and conscious that "they" took me out for a ride to understand what it was about. I could see it all. The majestic Earth, dimensions, time and space, but most shocking, my dead loved ones, specially my grandpa whom died in my arms and for whoms death I was still blaming myself. He just hugged me and with a never ending laughter he kept saying "You did it perfect... I'm so proud of you... everything is going to be ok... you are going to be ok." and I went from feeling like a hundred ton crashed plane to an air light feather swirling around the wind. He said "It's not over yet", and then I saw the rest of them above a cloud in their pure energy form, and I was brought back to my bed. I partially woke up shaking and with all emotions drained, my face was soaked in tears but I felt a calm I've never, ever in my life had felt. And I went suddenly back in trance. Everything was dark but I could hear my heartbeat and then I understood I was in a void, nothing to exist but my consciousness. I don't know how but I immediatly got it, I was back in my mother's womb. When I realized it, I started to feel the warmth of it and stared to feel like a baby again. And suddenly... This electrifying shock went from my toes to the tips of my hair, I felt it going up inch by inch. But when it crossed my spine I could do nothing but twist in my bed. (I thought I was dying for some reason), I've never felt such thing, such energy, such reaction of the body. And right after that, I fully woke up in complete silence. I spent the rest of the night thinking about what have happened. I ripped the 'good bye' letters I had been writing, and the only thing I could feel was like if I was a newborn. No fears, no regrets, no shame, no anger, no sorrow, just joy and immediate emotions, but no thought. Many say spiritual awakening will screw you up, but how can truth be a threat when the lies that shaped your life are the ones making your mind a mess. It is our devotion to stay asleep what hurts, keeping your chakras open and energy flowing is a way more easy and healthy task. Sorry for taking your time. I love you.
Did you have any visions after the awakening, muscle spasms, or involuntarily eye movement ? I had some similar experiences also when my life changed around but not exactly the same lol

When you mentioned how earth's kundalini moves around the earth it made me think of the world serpent in Norse mythology. Now I have to go back through and read the stories with this new perspective.

In 2019 I had the Kundalini experience. It lasted a couple of weeks. Let me say this was the scariest thing ever happened to me and at the same time the greatest thing. I ended up in a mental hospital for a day and a halve. Learned so much from it. It changed my life in such away. Although I am still an ignorant as a person it took me to a place where I was super conscious. I was perfect. Later on I discovered that I was not meant to be perfect here on earth I am always going to be imperfect and ignorant as a person because that is what gives me meaning and purpose in my life. To not know everything. But to be ok with not knowing, And that the best version that I could be was when I was present in the moment relaxed and withought overthinking. What triggered it was, that I was overestimating my own consciousness and wanted to seek enlightment and perfection.

im 20 years old, i had my kundalini awakening right before my 19th birthday. im a little over a year into my dark knight of the soul (the purging process) and it has been a fucking ride. it’s a very difficult process but there is absolutely nothing greater. i am blessed with a pretty good support system around me, so that has helped me a lot. it’s chaotic and feels devastating in the process but it always, always comes to a place where it all makes sense. it is 100% always working for us, never against us. we are it. it’s a beautiful process, i would not trade it for the world. it is hard, but it forces you to learn your strength, your power, through love and love only. hope anyone else experiencing this is doing well, and everyone really. sending love !
Kundalini awakening isn't devastating it's liberating you're being misguided here however these negative experiences with kundalini does indicate that you've awakened it with wrongful means which has serious repercussions

What scripture are you getting the idea of a 'dark night of the soul' from may I ask? And how is that period different to your life before the awakening?
I remember when I first started Kundalini meditation that my teacher warned us that it might bring up old negative feelings that we have to purge. He was right. I was in a bad mood for a few weeks. My classmates said they experienced the same thing, some worse than others. I don't meditate as often as I used to but I used to see purple (with my eyes closed) or flashes of white light. I felt like I was having the best high of my life when I would see purple. It was like seeing the Northern Lights but purple, not green.
My first Kundalini experience was also my initial spiritual awakening event. I remember it vividly like a lightning bolt surging up my spine. Spirit Science was one of the first resources I found following that along with the channel that has the audio of Sitchin's Lost Book of Enki.

OMG I activated my Kundulini by accident when I was 19. I was not prepared for it, I suffered a lot until I managed to control it. I am so happy, free and powerful today.

So be perfectly honest I had experienced this back in August of last year. I didn't know what it was until I got deeper into the resource of the Kundalini Awakening symptoms. As I was taken a yoga class course online and read a bit more deeper into it, I took up on myself to learn more and how to be able to control the Kundalini Awakening without freaking out. From my experience, it awakens, when your body/mind/soul complex is ready. It just happened to me at least. It was exactly 00:00 on the clock and woke me up. Date was the 11.11.2019 For me it felt like sitting in a Whirlpool while bubbles of energy moving up my spine to the Heart. Was very warm and gentle.

I think the main problem with people having bad experiences or this "kundalini syndrome' with kundalini awakening is that most are practicing western kundalini yoga which came out in the 60's which is not in alignment with traditional hatha yoga or modeled after other ancient yogic systems. The ancients knew the kundalini shakti force was not to be abused or awakened without intense years of honest and diligent preparation. So for anyone interested in this experience, do not seek it for magic power or mystical visions. Practice a humble and devoted path of traditional Yoga daily along with a natural spiritual lifestyle and your awakening will happen much more effortlessly and smoothly as you integrate higher levels of energy into your chakras and energy bodies. You should make it a little extensive. What the Kundalini did to me and still does, howbeit subdued, took my life on a spiral of instability resulting in depression, nightmares, pain, mental whirlwind, failures etc Not just freedom, liberation and visions or power it gives in a world of limitations

During my beautiful Bufo Alvarus experience I saw a coiled a white serpent at the base of my stomach. It was awakened and suddenly she became aware of me and I of her. She started to rise through me but was usable to fully extended all the way up my spine to my head/crown chakra. It stayed stuck in pit of my stomach right under my heart. I felt like I was giving birth to something. I had not heard of this before then but this video explains so much! I can totally relate to what you're describing. My experience was back in October of 2021

It was as if the person was a healer and she didn't know it. Now I can go back to something close to that experience on my own through meditation and she opened that up for me for sure.
@@johncardono8056 In my case it was everything (sexual and spiritual), but the person definitely was not a healer. I really had a difficult relationship with him, but in that moment I opened myself fully to feel unconditional love, that is why I think I experienced that.
My kundalini energy was triggered last year by only the most high knows because I didn't know anything about what was happening to me. It went up my back and hit me in my third eye. It felt like fire. And it completely ruined my entire life. I lost everything and my entire family due to different spiritual crap that started happening to me. It is a scary experience and should be respected and feared if you ask me. This sucks.
I've been dealing with a 'top down' Kudalini awakening for the last ten years, the most challenging thing a human being can encounter, no doubt. Only recently have cracks of light begun to appear.

That's what's so great about the spirits who made themselves known after 3rd Eye opened 2:33 I didn't have a guide. I didn't know what was happening. I had to search for symptoms on the internet. When my Crown opened, they guided me. I really could use a master for one-on-one help.
When it happens, You know it . After, you will be left tired like you used the force and you are baby yoda. The feeling is electrical and climbs up your body. It starts in your tailbone and you feel it strongly when it hits the solar plexus / stomach area. It will hesitate there if you aren't a master and you will have to let it break through and climb through your chest. Thats the crossing point. When it reaches there unless you do something wrong it will continue through your throat and into your face. When it hits your face everything gets bright with endorphins and your whole body is buzzing. Your hands feel magnetic and when you wave them past each other it is like pushing two opposing magnets together. The lightness your body feels is more like how it feels when you are sitting in one position comfortably watching TV or listening to something intensely and realize you don't feel your body around you. You'll want to move your body though because it feels crazy. It blows out the top of your head and will feel nuts for a few minutes. ...Maybe monks have a way of making this happen and holding it there which would be interesting to experiment with. Maybe more happens when you can breath energy into it for an extended period of time...
First time I experienced it, it startled me. Felt like a mouse ran across my lower back when I was meditating. Ripped me right out of my meditation. Had a hard time getting back into my meditation after that. I was too amped up. Couple months later I was meditating before bed. It started feeling like a heating pad climbing my back stopping at the different Chakras pretty fast and scared the ever living crap out of me (I had no idea what was happening) did a little research and learned what it was called. Kundalini About 2 weeks later, happened again but I flowed with it. It got stuck at my upper back near my shoulders. Guess I had blockages. Final time it happened, it broke through the shoulders after some time being built up there. Every Chakras it touch exploded with energy. Once it passed my shoulders with immense heat, I felt the energy circle my eyes like an infinity sign and dove into the 3rd eye. I never had a plant medicine experience but I assume what I experience for about 2 hours is similar. Definitely an experience of a lifetime. I woke up so exhausted after cause of all the energy moving and being exerted. Now that I think about it, I think having a QHHT session played a role in it awakening. No way to know for sure

I’ve had really tragic experiences with this would love to share experiences with people who are spiritually conscious ☀️ I wish I had grounded myself in nature while this happened.
I awakened this by accident a few years ago. However, my body was not ready. This has literally messed up every aspect of my life until I started recently getting past it. Due to my half a dozen gunshot wounds including one that clipped my spine coming out the back and one still in my heart wall, this energy has been trying to realign my spine and untwist my core. Be careful. If your not ready, it can do some serious shit to your life. And you cant make it stop once you wake it up. To this day I have to fight my body into alignment constantly to ease the pressure and pains from this energy. It is ultimately worth it though, as I walk through this reality as a Jedi now.

When you let the kundalini rise to your 3rd eye and crown chakra. You being to understand who you are and who you've been since the beginning of your soul. How long have you've been trying to stop this?. The health problems that you have will get worse if you keep stopping it. If you let the kundalini rise, it heals you. Your mind, body and soul.. I can assure you, the dark energy and entity's are not trying to raise your kundalini. That doesn't make sense because when your kundalini rises. It means you become one with God again. You come home to your higherself.. the dark energies and entities dont want that. You step back into your power, and into your Light. You're raising your consciousness into Christ consciousness. I rose my Kundalini like a divine serpent. The morning before i woke up sick I had a dream a snake went up my spine. That morning I was lit up like a light bulb and I was in an out of emergency rooms until it went away. Do not and I repeat do not go to try and open this unless you are willing to go there. I have a question. Is it possible to awaken and not even realize it? Probably a dumb question but I’m new to all this. 6 minute video turned into an hour cuz i had to google almost every word that came out out of your mouth. Then you start coming across interesting things related to this subject. Like how the snake appears in almost every religion and sect. The snake in Egyptian mythology, Apep. The creator of the mayas, Quetzalcoatl. The possible creator of humans, Enki, who was the serpent that tempted Eve. The snake around shivas neck. I started to visualize a different way than what I used to. I had this same problem and started to use intent of what I’m trying to visualize. Intention, I feel is key.

I have bite marks all over my body from attempting to awaken my Kundalini early. But I have to do it. This world is trying to eat me, the baby dragon must be awoken so the body is not lost before the soul is saved.
Dang have i felt this on accident twice? Idk its a complete feeling ive never been able to catch or see or feel again the exact moment it left. And idk why. Ooooh so that's what it was over seen a serpent of light while tripping with someone on 4-HO-met a homologue of Psylocibin. Dope always wondered it was very beautiful. I didn't see it as originating from me though but it was a serpent floating Through the air you could see through it but tell it was there the person i was with Saw it to it looked like a million small rainbows slowly moving through the air in the shape of a serpent.

I could feel all of my chakras activate one by one and could feel the energy going through all chakras from root chakra to my crown chakra, out into my aura and back through again and again with the rythem of my heart. In 2019 I had the Kundalini experience. It lasted a couple of weeks. Let me say this was the scariest thing ever happened to me and at the same time the greatest thing. I ended up in a mental hospital for a day and a halve.
Learned so much from it.
It changed my life in such away.
Although I am still an ignorant as a person it took me to a place where I was super conscious.
I was perfect.

I remember when I first started Kundalini meditation that my teacher warned us that it might bring up old negative feelings that we have to purge. He was right. I was in a bad mood for a few weeks. My classmates said they experienced the same thing, some worse than others.
I don't meditate as often as I used to but I used to see purple (with my eyes closed) or flashes of white light. I felt like I was having the best high of my life when I would see purple. It was like seeing the Northern Lights but purple, not green.

So be perfectly honest I had experienced this back in August of last year. I didn't know what it was until I got deeper into the resource of the Kundalini Awakening symptoms. During my beautiful Bufo Alvarus experience I saw a coiled a white serpent at the base of my stomach. It was awakened and suddenly she became aware of me and I of her. She started to rise through me but was usable to fully extended all the way up my spine to my head/crown chakra. It stayed stuck in pit of my stomach right under my heart. There are many, many, people in Psych Wards wrongly diagnosed with all kinds of mental problems when actually they just have awakened Kudalini.
That's what's so great about the spirits who made themselves known after 3rd Eye opened 2:33 I didn't have a guide. I didn't know what was happening. I had to search for symptoms on the internet. When my Crown opened, they guided me. I really could use a master for one-on-one help.
When it happens, You know it . After, you will be left tired like you used the force and you are baby yoda. The feeling is electrical and climbs up your body. It starts in your tailbone and you feel it strongly when it hits the solar plexus / stomach area. It will hesitate there if you aren't a master and you will have to let it break through and climb through your chest. Thats the crossing point. When it reaches there unless you do something wrong it will continue through your throat and into your face. When it hits your face everything gets bright with endorphins and your whole body is buzzing. Your hands feel magnetic and when you wave them past each other it is like pushing two opposing magnets together. The lightness your body feels is more like how it feels when you are sitting in one position comfortably watching TV or listening to something intensely and realize you don't feel your body around you. You'll want to move your body though because it feels crazy. It blows out the top of your head and will feel nuts for a few minutes. ...Maybe monks have a way of making this happen and holding it there which would be interesting to experiment with. Maybe more happens when you can breath energy into it for an extended period of time...

First time I experienced it, it startled me. Felt like a mouse ran across my lower back when I was meditating. Ripped me right out of my meditation. Had a hard time getting back into my meditation after that. I was too amped up.
Couple months later I was meditating before bed. It started feeling like a heating pad climbing my back stopping at the different Chakras pretty fast and scared the ever living crap out of me (I had no idea what was happening) did a little research and learned what it was called. Kundalini
About 2 weeks later, happened again but I flowed with it. It got stuck at my upper back near my shoulders. Guess I had blockages.
Final time it happened, it broke through the shoulders after some time being built up there. Every Chakras it touch exploded with energy. Once it passed my shoulders with immense heat, I felt the energy circle my eyes like an infinity sign and dove into the 3rd eye. I never had a plant medicine experience but I assume what I experience for about 2 hours is similar. Definitely an experience of a lifetime.
I woke up so exhausted after cause of all the energy moving and being exerted. Now that I think about it, I think having a QHHT session played a role in it awakening. No way to know for sure

I’ve had really tragic experiences with this would love to share experiences with people who are spiritually conscious ☀️ I wish I had grounded myself in nature while this happened.
I awakened this by accident a few years ago. However, my body was not ready. This has literally messed up every aspect of my life until I started recently getting past it. Due to my half a dozen gunshot wounds including one that clipped my spine coming out the back and one still in my heart wall, this energy has been trying to realign my spine and untwist my core. Be careful. If your not ready, it can do some serious shit to your life. And you cant make it stop once you wake it up. To this day I have to fight my body into alignment constantly to ease the pressure and pains from this energy. It is ultimately worth it though, as I walk through this reality as a Jedi now.
It is very painful.. Mine woke up spontaneously also in 2018.. been a wild ride ever since.. blessed be.. sending lots of positive vibes for healing..

I started to visualize a different way than what I used to. I had this same problem and started to use intent of what I’m trying to visualize. Intention, I feel is key.

Everyone says something different about kundalini - top-down, bottom-up, it's hard to know who is correct! Like with breathing exercises.

Dang have i felt this on accident twice? Idk its a complete feeling ive never been able to catch or see or feel again the exact moment it left. And idk why. I cant describe it or explain why it came and left but i was literally just laying there in my bed. It felt like something ive never felt before

I didn't see it as originating from me though but it was a serpent floating Through the air you could see through it but tell it was there the person i was with Saw it to it looked like a million small rainbows slowly moving through the air in the shape of a serpent.

Thank you for the meditation. I could feel all of my chakras activate one by one and could feel the energy going through all chakras from root chakra to my crown chakra, out into my aura and back through again and again with the rythem of my heart. I'd never felt anything like that before it was amazing in only 8 mins
