@@KKLeung Hi KK, thank you very much Actually I have my department team in differerent countries, also in China with different province and cities (even it is small team) but the contact list actually is only part of the org-chart table. Of course this is only the desk tel only. The mobile is all 11 digits of which we are using mostly. For example in China Guangdong team, the area code is either 2 or 3 digits, Guangzhou 020, Shenzhen 0755, and the telephone number in Shenzhen and Guanzhou is 8 digits. This is just a friendly discussion with practical example since I found something not fitting in.

@@KKLeung May be something misunderstood. Please don't get me wrong. I just put the fact and try to discuss in order to make progress. If I were in Guangzhou or other places out of Shenzhen or out of Guangdong province and try to call the Shenzhen no., I have to dial 0755 four digits before the 8 digits tel number. The "0" is a must. Of course, it is a compromised and convenient way just to put tel no. into excel file. Thank you KK ！
