For all those wonder why he wants a rematch with Errol.. when he fought Errol he had to gain weight just to make weight to fight Errol.. now he is accustomed to the new weight he feels like he is physically capable now.. in my opinion he lost to errol due to athleticism not skill..

That’s exactly it. But all these casuals that don’t know shit about boxing don’t get it. A guy like Errol Spence that makes weight at welterweight but probably walks around at 155-160 vs Mikey at the time having to make weight at 147 fighting a way bigger guy was a huge disadvantage. Casuals don’t understand this is Mikeys 5th division... Spence is a bigger dude that will eventually go up to 160 if he has some balls due to his size and get his ass beat by Canelo where he should be fighting eventually.

I don't get why ppl think Pacquiao would destroy Mikey. Both have two mutual opponents and won in very similar styles. I'm sure I've heard before that when Mikey first started his career he was sparring Pacquiao in his prime. He's also went 12 rounds with Spence who is a strong welterweight.
Have Pacquiao as your favourite fair enough but to say they are in different leagues seems a bit of an exaggeration.
It was sparring so you can't really say Pacquiao was going all out against an 18 year old Garcia. Now that Pacquiao is older it will be a good match up for Garcia.

Mikey is a very good boxer, but still too small to be the elite at 147. If you compare him to Errol, Shawn Porter, Thurman, or Terence Crawford, his size is a weak point, and will always be.

To me it looked like Mikey let Jessie off the hook by not Knocking him out; he had multiple times where Jessie was about to go and stepped back and let Jessie recover. He probably didn't want to ruin the boxing career value of Jessie by knocking him out. But maybe i'm wrong.

Mikey is a great fighter, but with due respect you need to work on combinations more, you depend on your 1-2 too much. If you're going to fight Pacman you need to work harder in the gym, because Pacquiao makes you work every second of every round.

Garcia is the better fighter that night but I enjoyed Vargas performance a lot. Great precision and combos before the 5th round knock down and showed the heart of a true fighter in later rounds.
I hope he also gets a good match next time. I wanna see him fight
