Anyways.. this arcade have the worst customer service ever. The staff there reset the figurine I was on right in front of me when it was in a winnable position and walked away. There was also once I was playing on a Kuji machine and a arcade worker came to did some modification while I was in the game and said "It's too easy to win". Don't be fool by what you see online~

On the glass of the claw machine you both were playing, a label read that you could only have 2 wins per person per day. I have never before seen labels like these on claw machines
