I am 72 years old & have been a fan & follower of the sport since the mid 60's !!! I don't need any so-called current experts to tell me & explain to me , what I saw , what I observed during this match !!! The Ref , his movements around the squared circle , both during the bout & between rounds , had a weird stench to it !!! It didn't look right , it didn't feel right , it didn't smell right !!! I don't care if you watch the full fight , or just the high lights , it is there to see , feel , smell !!! The fix was in , the left hook & a few rights kept it from working !!! & how that 1 judge had it figured a draw , just as to the stench on what had been preplanned !!! The stinking talking heads sports media have been trying their damndest to sell us a bill of goods with daddy Haney & his 1/2 talent son " The Nightmare " cause he damn sure isn't The Dream !!! The house of cards has been knocked off of its rickety foundation , & I for one am damn glad !!! But you can bet that the sports media shills will continue to sing their praises of the paper champ & ole Pappa the loudmouth duet !!!

The Haneys’ (without a belt) saying that Loma ducked them to fight Teo was just plain asinine on its face. The only thing dumber was his fans parroting that. Ducking Haney to fight Teo? Haney was never anything to duck.
Taking a point away from Ryan is doing two birds with one stone. It make sure that Ryan isn't ahead of the scorecards by much and it gives Devin time to recoup and get his legs back and his head back together because when they docked the point from Ryan it takes a few seconds to do it. Which gives Devin those precious extra 10 15 seconds to try to recoup

Ryan was like all fighters suppose to get a warning , all fights the boxer gets point deducted after the 3rd warning
it was done blatantly with bad intentions,at their level they KNOW better no warning,take the point.
Ryan did give Haney a tap after the bell but it wasn't significant and a warning would have been appropriate, the ref clearly favored Haney, and there were two times Haney was down the ref said were not knockdowns. The fight wasn't expected to go the way it did and most people had it in their heads that Haney would win by KO, and apparently, the ref was one of them.
I just say the refs should never be the same nationality as any fighter.
I agree, especially when it is so common in one community to always have each other's back as in skin color. That is what I assumed the ref was doing. It was just to much that points to that being a possibility. If it Mexican vs white American the judges should be from an agreed upon country.

That Ref was DEFINITELY trying to do everything he could to give that fight to Haney. Take a look at this video @ the 5:00 mark. Garcia knocks Haney down and IMMEDIATELY turns and walks to his corner. Tell me... why the hell does the Ref turn and follow Garcia to his corner instead of starting the count as Haney is sitting on his ass and looking up from the canvas bewildered!!! This ref is a straight f'n crook and should be investigated!!! I've never seen anything like this.... EVER!

haney’s grappling technique is the best in boxing it gave Ryan a hard time. When haney was on his knees grappling Ryan’s shorts l was thinking it’s true what Ryan said haney was diddyfied and the referee stood and watched.

If you tumble in to prevent your opponent from getting enough space to hit you, you're grappling, not boxing and you are going to force your opponent to grab on. If your head keeps winding up under your opponent's armpit, that's your doing.

The delay in counting was to look at the ringside judge to get the time elapsed after Haney touched the ground, this happens after every knockdown. That was the most biased I've seen a boxing ref be. He literally took away and did not count 3 knockdowns. Devin held onto ryan an insane amount. And the ref allowed it. If the ref wasn't biased ryan would of knocked him out. But regardless that's 3 points that he took from ryan. Then he took that point from ryan after no warnings and the punch was not hard. It wasn't as if ryan was trying to knock haney out with it. That's 4 points right there.
