Can I use any greens that i find like spinach because most of those greens you named can't be found in east Africa, the crayfish too, the greens things you added too i am not sure I can find it. So my question is can i try this soup without the crayfish, the green things and the leaves?

Ingredients!
•Egussi(melon seeds)
•Vegetable of choice
•Bell peppers
•Onions
•Scotch bunnet(hot pepper)
•Assorted meats of choice [Canda(cow skin), goat meat, Cray fish(dried/smoked shrimp), stock fish, chicken,, Etc]
•Red(palm) oil
•Salt and maggi(stock cubes) to taste
•Stock/water
•Locust beans(optional)specific in Nigeria
•Periwinkles(optional) for Nigerians
