Oh Monticello! We were at Far-Site Bungaows off route 17. A sad decayed mess now. My grandfather built the place in the 50's. Taken over by the Chasidem, and now, so aged and dilapadated, it should be bulldozed. So sad, those days are gone forever. One regret, I should have saved the original hand-painted metal sign, or a photo of it.
I used to love Monticello's penny arcade. Pin ball, Skee-Ball (pre-video games) and tickets you could turn in for dumb prizes. I still have one of their giant plastic combs.

1977, Davco toys, Gagers Diner, Penny arcade and at the end of Broadway, Jamesway, at 3:18 the hotel to the right was called The Capri motor lodge
