Most of the parameter given are same. Only additional cheques are costly in case of HDFC.

Bhai log ICICI wala bank account open karne jaoge to wo ye nahi bolte ke 12000 bharo . Wo ye bolte hai ke 1 lakh ka fd Karo . Tabhi account khulega . I just visited yesterday to open saving account

The reality is fully different. Icici bank totally different account opening amount is 1 lac minimum in rural area . They don't obey any rules.
