Will, with P4P if the crew is making $26 per each labor hour and the route has only 6 labor hours for the day, are they making $26 X 6 hours pay for the entire 8 hour day (extra 2 hours were drive time and misc. stuff, not labor hours)? Or, do they get $18/hr (for example) for the 2 non labor hours plus the $26/hr X 6 hours?

In this scenario on p4p they would make $156 and on base pay they would get $144 so whichever is more is what they get paid.
