I have really enjoyed this video.Nice drive/preparations.Awesome scenes. You guys are great!.Very much enjoyed it here in Multan Pakistan.Wish to join you bros. Thanks
alyssakimberley1 it stands to reason that if you are calling them, they are already flying over the farmers property...its about ensuring efficient hunting.
If the birds can see a safe environment...they are already in the area. As a hunter helping rice farmers, the first priority is to kill/scare those birds away. The most efficient way of doing this is by getting ducks in the area into shotgun range.
alyssakimberley1 not at all. if the farmer has a quota for pink ear ducks then they can be shot. It wouldn't be the first time we've found them with ingested rice. i suggest you visit the DPI NSW website for more information. Or do you have no qualms about trolling videos you are clearly opposed to?

Living the dream!
You live the dream every week.
Not a bad haul at all mate. :)
Why would you call them on to the paddy? Isn't that what you're trying to prevent?

FowlTalkers so in no way does creating the appearance of a 'safe' environment encourage more birds to the area?

FowlTalkers if you say so. Do you have any qualms about killing waterbirds that are known not to eat the rice, such as pink-eared ducks?
