I haven't played OW ever since OW2 came out (I hate 5v5 havent touched the game since) but I was also once a hardstuck genji player and I watched similar coaching content in the past and videos like this are so useful for struggling players. I was stuck in gold and plat for so long in OW1 because my mind would be stuck in "see enemy and shoot" mode when I really needed to start thinking about target priority, abilities to look out for/try to force out, not tunnel visioning or even tunnel visioning too much, etc. Feeding on DPS is so real especially when you aren't thinking about these things. Starting to incorporate some of these basic principles into your gameplay INSTANTLY makes you better and you can climb super fast.
