So for Power Pack, I'd feel very comfortable with my go-to Tohaa list. It has multiple Chain of Command models and sensors in case anyone gets cheeky with hidden deployment bttom-of-3 shenanigans:

For frostbyte, my advice for tohaa is to not over-invest in the scenario. Pick a nice expensive model like one of the Taquels as your snow-ops and otherwise pop in Neema Saatar as basically our only decent HI model. Something like this for example, but really anything with the above suggestion could work:

The only Tohaa figures I have are the Spiral Corps Army Pack - are these worth grabbing to round it out to 300 points and give some options when playing Tohaa aswell?
