Mercury classic 50hp service part 1 stator trigger power pack removal

- 1984 Mercury 50hp (classic 50) service this is part 1. Did a compression test with #1-135 #2-135 #3-130 #4-130 so that's pretty good but it wasn't firing on cylinders 1-3 and only on cylinder 4. We will be replacing the stator, trigger, power pack, rectifier and water pump.

I have the same engine in my 1962 glen l zip back in Portugal.
And i cannot get it to start with the kee. Could you please help?

Ok do you have a video were to connect the eletrical cables to start the dngine?
