Nah, it's just a hard class. You don't get to AP Physics by being a dummy. To do well in a hard class, I was taught to "live" in their office during office hours. Do a lot of practice with them close by. When you get stuck or don't understand something, ask for an explanation right then and there.

The biggest thing to know is that you will not get better at physics by watching videos- solve problems. If you run out, ask your teacher for more. If it takes a while for that, re-work problems you already "know" how to do. Good luck!
