Ahoj! Diologue 1 je Viktor Vašina, a koncert, hokej, a kolja film. Ponděli je velmi plný protože to je škola a volejbal, a Neděle je volno.
Ahoj Kateřina. Viktor Vašina was the main speaker making phone call in the first dialogue and he was interested in concert, hokey match and the movie Kolja timings.
From second dialogue, Monday is a full day because of school and volleyball match after school. Sunday is a free day.

Hello! I am an American with a Czech uncle and would like to learn some words so I can converse with him. :) Here's a weird question: I know you have not talked about things like zodiac signs, but mine is Váhy - Libra, the Balance. It has two syllables: VÁ and HY. The HY is very quick. It's a fraction of a second. Blink and you miss it. However, what about the VÁ? Is it quick and sharp, like the HY, or do you hold it? And if I do pronounce the two syllables the same short length, nobody who speaks Czech will notice or correct me. Right, Katerina? :)
Hi Amy, the thing you are asking about it the lenght of vowels. VÁHY - Á has the long sign above so it is pronounced twice as long as usually. TO be able to pronounce this correctly, try this video I made on the lenght of the vowels here: ua-cam.com/video/2udB9bR4GBA/v-deo.html
