We usually make sure we get to go to the Carnation Cafe on our trips but reservations have been tough to get for us. We go next weekend can’t wait to see how Gene Plus is in Disneyland. Hope you had a fantastic trip!

Because I suffer from motion sickness & anxiety I, too, ride pretty much the same as Alyssa. Thank you for your comparisons of the same rides between Disneyland & Magic Kingdom…Interesting & helpful. Continue to do as baby dictates, Alyssa😀

While I know it's a bummer Garret got to ride rides, Alyssa some of my best days at WDW are just walking around and chilling and enjoying the place. Enjoy the peace while you can.

Alyssa if I had to stay off the rides while Garret got to have all the fun I would have been in the stores shopping the whole time! You exercised considerable restraint by not doing so, especially as you can now be shopping for baby stuff and you have to get a bunch of baby DL items now b/c who knows when you will possibly be able to come back to DL.

If you ever get the chance to do back and take the train; catch it in tomorrowland. That way you will get to see the grand canyon panorama; current and dinosaurs. In my opinion-great way to get rest, stay cool, and see something most people don't take the time to enjoy. I hope they never get rid of it because I remember it from when I was little over 50 years ago. Even the current animals are taxidermy.

We did a whole video on this! Honestly you really can’t compare! They are different experiences. But I think over magic kingdom in Disney world we prefer Disneyland better! But every park offers something different so again can’t really compare 🙈
