As much as your store is growing. I really suggest you invest in a couple of the drawer systems each month. And try to keep each drawer to only 2 or 3 different parts. Seems like wasteful drawer space sometimes but it make it so much easier to pull orders.

Do you have the stores daily attrition/sales? Do you know the amount of days you work per year? I feel those stats need to be factored into your store’s growth formula this year if you truly want to hit 36k by this time next year. I feel your number for minimum posting of 100 per day is not big enough. Might need to be like 350 per day…

Daily attrition is interesting... Taking the gross sales and dividing by 365 for the year gets me about $40.23... there's a definite correlation obviously between me posting stuff and that daily number increasing as I mentioned in the video so it's hard to adhere to that number with any certainty. The daily average for just the last 90 days of the year jumps all the way to $56.73.
The way I look at it, the pursuit of the goal will be what drives results, not the obtaining of the goal. That's why the adding of the gross sales to the current value of the store was an important number for me.
