Natsu and Lucy still haven't hit if off even until the 100 Years Quest, tho Lucy already developed a bit of feelings for Natsu since FT ended. But still the other's are already way ahead of them : Gajeel and Levy are parents already (as we know from the last chapter/episode of the main story), and as of 100YQ she's already a few months pregnant. Gray and Juvia already has mutual feelings for each other (Gray finally gives in with his pent up feelings) Erza and Jellal are on very good terms (Erza making the move by inviting Jellal to join Fairy Tail) Edo Lucy and Edo Natsu has a child already, a young boy (forgot his name) Edo Juvia and Edo Gray also has a child, a young boy (Greige) Edo Erza and Edo Jellal just has a newborn child, a girl (named Irene, after Erza's mother - why she's named like the is a bit of a spoiler from the recent chapters of 100YQ)
