Sundowns is a big team in Africa. They lost proper coaching when Dr. Pitso left the club. They deserve to have an experienced coach like Miguel who reached the CAFCL final with Esperance. Coach Cardoso also won the league with Esperance. Sundowns' intention is to win the CAFCL. They are not worried about the domestic league. Even Manqoba could've won the league for Sundowns 💛👆👆
Great show guys. its not about the profile of the coach, pitso and rhulani had more games in failing champions league campaigns (up to semis) multiple times before pitso eventually won it. coach manqoba's mistake was a poor start in the group stages (alarm bells went off straight away).
Please invite Steve Khompela and ask him about what happened at Swallows! Elasto must be be interviewed alongsie him and Eddy and Tim must be the interviewers
Sundowns mindset is about CAF and Club World Cup. Manqoba created doubts on whether he was going to fair well or poor at that level and his inability to conquer Top 8 and Black Label became the measuring instruments of sacking him. It’s not about local performance
Great insight on creating doubt. More or less like the coach was on probation and the club felt that he was not their man to bring them continental glory and a decent FCWC outing
This is an interesting debate but Sundowns model is that of deployment of a ready made resources save time it would take to get someone not ready to be at the highest level, coach Maqoba did not adjust quick enough so to continue to pay on job training coach would have been futile. Fresh coaching perspective is required to help sundowns to consistently be at the new phase, club world cup. It will have its own challenges but you argument is to Local too narrow gentleman
Thank you Raymond, you are absolutely spot on regards to the ready made personnel that a club like Sundowns will always recruit. Definitely they do not have time for experiments.
My opinion is that you should try and cut just a little bit the minutes of your videos so that the videos are always inviting us to click, just an opinion
Let’s not beat around the bush - the team has been unrecognizable, and its DNA feels lost. Sundowns don’t just win games; we have a specific blueprint for how we win. This season, we’ve not only stopped dominating opponents but have also been giving them opportunities, which is completely unlike us. Just look at our defensive record last season for comparison. Pitso and Rhulani upheld the Sundowns DNA. There was also beef between the coach & two of his elite players - behaviour that’s simply unacceptable. He lost the dressing room, and the style of football he was playing is nowhere near the standard we should take to the Club World Cup. The man has been there for 12 yrs so he should have done better.
Thank you and we hope that the dominance that we have been accustomed that was clearly evident during the time of Rhulani will return the mighty Brazilians.
I don't like how the presenter guy always interjects. You should decide whether you want to present or be the analyst for me is makes the content to feel lost and lose its flow once one of the guys tries to answer immediately they start saying something you stop them and try to manipulate their response to suit yours. I don't usually give bad or negative comments but ai noo
Thank you for your feedback which is very much welcomed and will assist the channel to improve and grow. FYI, we have a 'false anchor' who is actually an analyst but we needed someone who will obviously manage the flow and avoid the conversation going off topic, however your observations are noted. keep on watching
Timothy sundowns target is to win champion league if you fail to do so at least make safe as coach by winning thiz small cups so that we can keep quiet that's what made so hard to keep Manqoba we lost the trust in him but listening you guys it's lik you're negative on sundowns new coach even your justification isn't clearly good you said nothing good about him

My perspective is that his firing had to do with losing the dressing room.
It is a strong possibility that player power contributed to the sacking of the coach. We wish the new coach the best going forward
Timothy is suffering from chiefs or pirates as the only big teams only Eddie understands that we have tasted the win 🏆 of champions league
We appreciate the contribution, thank you very much

The big mistake was to fire Rhulani Mokoena
nah he is not bigger than the team . Is he winning in Casablanca
Whatever differences that might have been there between the coach and whomever should have resolved for coach Rhulani to continue with the club
