I know he says he's against it but I reckon Spray would actually get alot from going to a couple therapy sessions just to have convos like this, it doesnt have to be incriminating😂 & it will probably do more good than bad, I think Everyone should at least try it once.. there are people who are happy without trauma who have deep talks with family/friends who STILL go to therapy lol.. That just shows that if you have the RIGHT person (which can be hard to find sometimes too) then its usually a positive experience.
