I have cabbage patch kids and they aren't valuable. Nostalgic, cute but not worth much. A few certain ones, ones that were made in Spain mainly, do have a bit more value, but still not a lot. A really rough estimate for the Spain manufactured ones is under $200. Most others are $10-$30 each. A few rarer outfits have a little more value, maybe around $40. A pacifier in good shape is valued around $20.
