Way back 2017, I was a college drop out. I got so depressed and I had frequent panic attacks and nightmares because of my prolonged traumatic experiences. Being awake and staying in our house was a mental torture for me. Nobody in my family understands my mental condition, I even locked myself up in my room and would just go out whenever i feel the need to take a bath or if the hunger was no longer tolerable. The fact that I love my family but at the same time they can’t understand what I’m going through is truly a dilemma and a heartache. Sleeping was a huge task for me, I cant fall asleep easily because of my nightmares and I would wake up with so much panic, to make my self fall asleep playing this song eases the tension and anxieties that I have. Life was good at making me feel suicidal but the song offered me a little goodness that made my life bearable. Thanks Clara for the music. It surely helped me to get through and keep living.

Oh my gosh! Same thing din sa akin, it was 2017 din. I was working back then and literally burnt out. I live the routine of work, eat, sleep. I was depressed din that time. As in walang ganang mabuhay.
One lazy afternoon I decided to open Spotify to have some nap and I bumped to this song. Voila. This song became my therapy song. EVERYTIME. And I hope lahat ng accidents ganito kaganda.

Una ko tong napakinggan way back 2014(?), 3rd yr college BSBA student na nakisali sa CinemaOne film festival ng ibang college, nasa Red itong song, indie movie ni Jericho Rosales. Sa sobrang kagustuhan ko mapanuod lahat ng free indie noon, kahit ayaw ng mga tropa ko nanuod ako mag-isa. Nung tumugtog 'to, gusto kong umiyak sa tuwa at lungkot. Kasi narealize ko na gusto ko talaga sa Film industry pero ang layo layo ko, ang layo layo. Hangang ngayon nangangarap pa din ako mapunta dun.
Nung panahong din yun, hindi ko pa alam meaning ng depression, pero nandun na pala ako. Pero isa 'tong song na 'to sa nagpagaan sa utak ko. Hay, pero nakakamiss maglakad sa labas at manuod ng sine mag-isa. 🥺
