  • UHT sterilization is a process used to sterilize food products, most commonly milk and other dairy products, by heating them to a temperature of 135-150°C (275-302°F) for a very short time, typically 2 to 5 seconds. This process kills bacteria, spores, and other microorganisms, extending the shelf life of the product without the need for refrigeration.
