In this video I explain how POKENO is played... My family and I love this game and try to at least play it twice a momth if not more...
POKENO is an old time favorite and have been around for centuries... I remember when we were kids we udes to play for plain m&m's because we didn't have any coins then and that was how we were taught to play...
Now as adults with our own kid and grandkids we're still playing but we're playing with coins now, lol - Розваги

Well the Pokeno rules says, the Pokeno win is made of a horizontal or vertical line, no diagonal there(which makes a bit hard to win, but ok I guess), like in the US 75-numbered Bingo.
Maybe the rules changed since back in the day… We still play the way it was played back then when our parents and grandparents played…

You and your family will love it... If you have smaller children you can either play for nickels, dimes or you can do like we did when we were kids... Play for the plain m&m's...

I used to love this game, well I still do. It has to be one of the funnest games we would play. Everyone else wanted to play monopoly. Thumbs up to good talk on a game everyone should play. Have you ever played ChickenFoot or Sequence?

If two people have four corners and one call it before the other do they spit the pot or the person that calls it first gets the pot
The person that called it first, you have to call it at the same time in order to split it...
Do you ever check the winner to see if they didn't fib or make a mistake? Like if a jack of hearts is called, and granny puts a chip over jack of diamonds. Do you check the cards on wins? If so, how?
Yes we check, you just call the cards back. You look on the board of the winner and look through the deck of cards that were called and see if matches.
The caller places the card in lines like solitaire. It makes checking the called cards easier

Do you only clear the board after someone wins Pokeno? For example someone wins corners or center they win that pot but the game keeps going until pokeno is called? Is money added after every win or after every pokeno? Sorry for all the questions I understand how to play the game, but the when to add coins for accumulation is not clear.

if I call pokeno on my board and another person call corners after i call do they get it?
No they don’t, once POKENO is called it ends that call. Everything else has to be call before someone calls POKENO.

No... When center is won you keep going until someone gets POKENO... Once someone calls POKENO the game is over and you start again...

Yes... The only cup that really builds is blackout because you play it at the end of the game...
We did'nt call it black out, we called it cover all.

What’s the use of having 6diffrent cups if you get to keep all the money in them and when and how often do you fill up the house cup?

Every time po-ke -no is call u refill all the cups
You can only win POKENO, Center, Corners & Four of a kind doing the process of the game... The house cup continues to get filled up until the game is over & whomever house you played over gets the house cup... As for Blackout you continue to fill that cup up as well through out the entire game and once Blackout is called at the end of the game when everyone is quitting whoever gets Blackout first win the cup, it can sometimes be more than one person that win Blackout and when that happen, you split the cup...
So you have to put the in every time you play

Pokeno is a fun game but the young lady did not explain it right . There is no such thing as a black out cup you just continue to play the game until there are no cups to win . this is when everyone is going home or most are out of money . She explained how the game was played but the most important thing is calling for the cup when you when . If a card is called and you have Pokeno and corners or whatever you must remember Pokeno ends the game . You must say everything else before Pokeno . Pokeno ends the game.
It most things as well as games people make their own rules, just as being kids and are taught things differently. They way my family and friends play is the way we were taught by our elders, some I come across does things a bit different but it's all in fun and meant to be an enjoyable experience.

The one who calls it first, but if that person wants to be nice, you can both split the winnings 😉
So when you win you take money out of the corresponding cup? The rest pay into the corresponding cup?

I get pokeno
I take $0.05 from the pokeno cup and the rest of the players pay into the pokeno cup?

How do you verify blackout!
The easiest way is to look on the person or person's board and make sure they don't have any of the remaining cards on their board..
Or you can check their board by calling all the cards back to make sure their board was full... Hope this helps if not I will make a video explaining...
