Using the BMW X5 FE gives you more XP at the end. Something around 94k. And there's more money also... 426k sort of. But I'm using another run for this amount.
Take the local motor ralley car. 528k cr and 95k xp everytime. Important is to not bump into something before coming into the pipe except the things infront of the pipe.

There are other cars that give 96Xp and not locked under payment

Use local motors rally car, I’ve already made a bit over $20mill in about 2 hrs (that’s without vip pass)
