A nice property but the checker board tiles leave you with concussion! , it’s a big expense to change , but begs the question who was the numpty that suggested……. It’s a great idea to go checker board on the floor !

I am big on light coloured neutral tiles but then if you can see through the checkers you can benefit.

Maybe not if you want to obtain a tourist license in a city such as Barcelona however in effect you are not a tourist preventing long term rentals, you are one of the accepted foreigners who are investing.
