This works because the staging branch has the same files you need to download on the main game, and then instead of downloading every file like everyone else, steam transfers your already downloaded files into the game.
but 30 min seems a lil too much no? before i found about staging i would be in the server about 10m after the update dropped sometimes quicker, sure staging lets you join straight away but they seem to know they have 30 min which sounds almost like admins let them in earlier

If you spam restart steam you can get the update about 30 minutes earlier thats what i think hes talking about bc it only takes like 3 minutes to update and load in

Numbers don't matter if you know how to play in small teams. I'm loaded asf and have been all wipe, even with working a full time job 🤷♂️ its really not hard, play rust maybe 35 hours a week. Just a skill difference I guess.
