Oroville Spillways Phase 2 Update Late March 2018

Rocks are excavated near the Lake Oroville spillways for processing into material for roller-compacted concrete (RCC). The smaller crushed rocks and sand are transported to the RCC plant where they will be used to make RCC for the emergency spillway splashpad.
