The Easter egg is a reference to Bigmooney, he’s pretty famous for his kill everyone challenges, he even showed the Easter egg himself. It’s pretty clear that Bigmooney affectively made an impact with the developers of Hitman because they’ve made several other references to him An escalating dedicated to him Knights spawn in as a final boss if somebody were to kill all the NPCs on the map etc
I like the how Diana’s lines for the Stig exit all refer to ways 47 has killed his targets in Hitman. “Perfect shave” refers to him killing the Maelstrom as the Barber in Mumbai; “High tech facility” is the hospital in Hokkaido. “Fireworks” refers to the Landslide mission in Sapienza where you kill the target with the fireworks as the Photographer.; “Vampire” refers to the Vampire disguise in the attic in Paris; “Infiltration” is obviously a reference to the whole game.

If you ever want to do the rake knockout and manhole elimination challenges, do the "Elderly Assistance" one first, take out all the NPCs outside Helen's house, open the manhole, put the rake by the porch's stairs, then wait for Janus to walk out happily and he'll knock himself out. Then just drag him into the manhole. Two birds with one stone.
