IS A STATE LAND A GIFT FROM THE CHIEFS TO THE GOVT. OR IT IS A GOVT'S PROPERTY?
IF THE LAND IS A GOVT PROPERTY, THEN WE OUGHT TO KNOW THAT THE STATE OWNS THAT LAND AND NO LONGER THE CHIEF(S): SO THE OWNER (THE GOVT) DOES WHAT HE INTENDS AND DECIDES ON THE LAND.
