Description of FIFRA (Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act)

An introduction to FIFRA (Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act). This video is merely an introduction to FIFRA because it is a rather large act. As with most laws, regulations, codes, etc., there is some amount of interpretation. If you regularly use pesticides then you have likely, indirectly at least, been associated with Section 3, 24(c), and 2(ee) registrations. This video provides some interpretation as to how these various "registrations" allow folks to use pesticides. Additionally, it addresses the registration of pesticides in emergency conditions - Section 18 registrations.
