The "why do people disbelieve in Santa if Santa is real and leaves evidence in the form of gifts?" plot hole is in pretty much every Christmas movie. The only movie I've seen that even tries to solve this is the 2000 tv movie "The Christmas Secret" starring Richard Thomas: Santa only delivers to families where every member, including the parents, is a believer.

Always love the implication in these X-Mas that the parent don’t believe in Santa Claus, but no one questions where the Christmas presents come from.
