This is totally a true path for better paying positions. I’ve reached $100k plus with several positions as an admin/ consultant. The message needs to be spread further. Thank you for this Warren! L.🤠
I'm a career changer and started learning programming but always have that little doubt in my head that I can't do this. I'll keep practicing and trying my best, thanks Warren.
Disclaimer: You won't START at 100k+... But you can get there pretty fast (less than 1 year), especially if you put the time in and participate in your job or the larger community. Everything else is true; rewarding, high demand, and if you do fear job security, these are transferrable skills as long as you're focused on becoming a SOFTWARE ENGINEER who develops on Salesforce rather than a "Salesforce Developer"!
Hi, walter! first of all thank you for the time spent on this video is really motivating. I'm looking forward to become a full stack js dev, but a partner talked to me about salesforce, so i ended up here. now i'm doubting my idea. Can i first become a FS JS dev and the leap towards SalesForce? Thanks in advance
The sky is the limit for developers. The best thing you can do is learn the fundamentals of development. After that you can switch between languages. Full stack and Salesforce dev are both good career paths. Try to figure out what you like doing more. Dive deep into sleeper development for a few months then switch to JS.
How will this upcoming recession effect saleaforce an the developer job market in yours opinion. Is there such a backlog of opening it want really be felt by new devs ? Or what's your thoughts.
Salesforce jobs are pretty sticky. Company can't just up and switch to another system overnight. The recession may make jobs harder to find but they will still be there. Other opportunities may open up like freelancing and contract work.

Thank you a lot for these videos I’m studying right now to get the Platform Developer 1 cert. Is there a way to add you as mentor on trailhead?
I don't think that's a feature on trailhead but you can follow me on there or other socials for updates.
Hello, thank you for this. Enrollment for your free course is closed, any estimated time on when it will be open? Thank you.
