"Kendrick has boring rhyme schemes" Someone actually told me that once.
Not always he has interesting ryhmes, but this one is something else
Dis i can tolerate but Those who say logic is a better rapper than k dot
@@king676uutttgt unfriend 'em 😂
@AquaLion GG momma also is one of his songs with stunning rhyme scheme
You don't need those people around you lol
If I ever meet Kendrick, I want to ask him how he wrote this
With a pen and paper
In cold blood with a toothpick
@@madebybroovy u sure it couldnt be like a pencil?

In the last verse when he starts to go double time, he slowly adds more syllables in each bar, and I thought that was cool, it reminded me of something a drummer would do with a drum roll, but he did that shit with syllables. So cool.
That's a good analogy
reminded me of "double time the rhyming" part of YAH YAH of Eminem
dude is sick at rapping like a drumkit he did it on Alright too
@@iggykadye near the last verse, the " I could see the evil..." shi was coo
He doesn’t really though. They’re all about 9-11 syllables with the first bar being 11 syllables.
Drake must’ve never heard this.
Seeing how Drake said “yah dead” in family matters with the same cadence it’s safe to say Drake never heard it but his ghost writers did .
kendrick showed this album to drake before he dropped out. google it it's on tape of them talking about it
Insane rhyme scheme! Kendrick is one of the GOATs.

why are you people everywhere clogging up comments about the beef instead of just listening to the music.

A decade since Section 80. We are old.
For the fact that 2011 is 10 years right now it's crazy to me. 2011 is like 3 years ago for me.
@@bp8300 right, to me 2011 just happened
I was 6 then and I'm happy that I listen to good rap like k dot and Cole and em and pac and big, not the shit that comes out these days
@@gianbirgrewal2614 check out Big Pun, Rakim, Big L, Wutang, AOTP, Onyx, Sean Price and Killer Mike discographies if you haven't already nice to see someone younger listening to real hip hop
We all Crack babies cuz we born in the 80s
Still can't believe that S.80 was his debut album, it's insane to put up an album like this for an artist.
For the people saying that OD & his self-titled EP was his albums, it wasn't. OD was a mixtape & his self-titled EP was an EP, not an album. Section.80 was in fact, his first official studio album. good kid, m.A.A.d city was his major album (basically means that good kid, m.A.A.d city was the album that made him popular).
That's why I prefer hip hop as a genre. You have knowledge, bars, iconic instrumentals, poetry, singing, concepts, rapping... pretty much everything. Also you have rappers who debuted with classic albums such as Nas with Illmatic, Kenny with this one, Jay Z with Reasonable Doubt, Lupe Fiasco with Food and Liquor, Kanye with College Dropout, Wu Tang with Enter the Wu Tang, 50 cent with Get Rich or Die Tryin, Dr. Dre with The Chronic, Mos Def and Talib Kweli are Blackstar, Big Pun with Capital Punishment and so on that it would be too much if I mentioned all of them.
Hey
He had a self titled lp before Section 80, not trying to be annoying, is just not that know
@@yoboydochi1836 s.80 is Kendrick's first debut album. We ain't talking about LP-s, EP-s or mixtapes.
@@Portthefirst yeah my bad

Thats one of the funniest pictures i’ve seen on the net

Man I miss K. Dot. I need my favorite rapper to come out with something soon. I love that he doesn’t put out processed fast food but puts out slow cooked impeccable restaurant classic dishes. It’s been 3-4yrs Kendrick. We need you big bro!
Baby Keem, Kendrick Lamar - family ties (new Kendrick Lamar verse)
he back
He dropped a new song with baby keem
His album is on the way my brothers, we made it
TODAY IS THE DAY
his lyrical abilities are profound. all techniques have been adapted into something only a master of all 5 elements could truly do
there's other artists who make songs that people can easily sing along to and then there's Kendrick who basically told me to stfu and listen and I love it
Right! Doesn't mean that one is necessarily better than the other, just made with a different purpose. Yes, what kendrick does here is probably harder to do, but I feel like most folks underestimate how hard it is to make a catchy song that people want to sing along to. If it were that easy then folks would be breaking through left n right
he wasn’t even trying to rhyme he just wanted a colorful text
2:03 this is why Kendrick is always dehydrated
Hes an alien. He dont breathe!!
Dying of thirst
@@NRobbi42 Pun intended
This is insane. The way he follows the melody with his voice and switches up the flows is crazy. Some elite lyricism right there.
The beat is so good
Kids calling it a trash beat because it's not trap or can't make a tik tok video off of it. This beat has soul!
I mean the beat is dope but it’s the bars and the delivery that are making the song for me.
Willie Jones III - The Thorn

Kendrick is a fucking MONSTER. Nuff said.

"CSI just might investigate this fuckin' parasite - HE DEAD"
I rapped this once in secondary school and turned to a legend
I got this song memorized since I was like 15 so I could recite it for Kendrick if I ever meet him I love this so much
I spent hours memorizing it like 4 years ago and now I can just say it without having to think.
i wish i could hear this again for the first time
Dot defiently earned the right to diss Cole and Drake
thats one of the most colorful lyric plays on here, didnt know kdot was a painter ;D
Rip drake
Can that guy named "dRake" write and and rap like this? . No He Can't
A Masterpiece.
That's crazy to see full Rigamortis rhyme scheme. I saw on Yt only 1st verse. I love it ❤️. Kendrick really killed it
Goated. i was waiting for a full version of this song🔥🔥🔥
This song has the only good "I'm the shit" line I've ever heard in a rap song.
drake's post mortem
Bar after bar after bar... You're favorite rapper's favorite rapper.
i never saw kendrick as super lyrical but he’s clearly very much capable of that
in a world full of DOOMs, aesops, lupes and loaded luxes- kendrick’s still imo the best lyricist oat due to his ability to blend in great technical ability with beautifully written and thought out lyrics, down from the concepts to his very wordings poetic- and hes still showcased instances where he’d scheme, punch, and utilize wordplay/multi syllabic rhyming for entendres
The greatest to do it 🤷🏿♂️ still
Just the breath control required to deliver this is immense.
Edit: diluver.
I like that part where he rhymes in the Nigeria 🇳🇬 flag
Yessir💪🏽. Are you Nigerian?
We needed this for years now, thank you!!! 🔥
Absolute legend!
Can't imagine how much effort it takes to make these vids, thank you!
This is one of kendrick s finest verses, it showcases his mcing abilities as one of the best lyricists ever, no doubt
Funny thing is I was looking for this yesterday on this channel and couldn’t find it. Now it pops up out the blue😂😂

Hold smokes. Yesterday I searched for a rhyme scheme vid of this song, 1 day later you uploaded it
Aaaahhh first time hearing this track. This has bass build up that needs a drop. Kept me at the edge of seat waiting for it.
Kendrick master lyricist as always tho
Kendrick is a beast.
Credits to the guy playing osu in the background ffs
Always been one of his best joints "suit and tie is suitable and usual in suicide" and "this a studio felony" wish he had more tracks like this and stepped back bit from all the concepts this is him at his best imo
This is like looking at an MF DOOM rhyme scheme breakdown.
🔥that was good
First Kendrick song I’ve ever heard🔥💛
My first ever kendrick song i heard and my favorite off the album
I feel like you can really see where Gambino got a lot of the influence that he used on Camp and Because the Internet in Kindrick's stuff from just earlier. Really interesting to look at trends of flow over recent years
Hours of work 🔥🔥🔥
I like to debate about rap and who is the better artist. From an argumentative standpoint and leaving bias aside, I don't think there is any argument against Kendrick being the goat apart from these:
He hasn't been in the game for very long
He is the biggest hit maker like for example HOV.
But I think I can confidently say Kendrick is the best rapper I've ever heard.
There are better rappers tho/ he reminds me of Eminem able to be have an insane pen and making sure it is musically good
Luv this song
section.80 is a true masterpice
need a highlighted video for kendrick’s LOOK OUT FOR DETOX, one of his most underrated songs for sure
Does he even have lungs dear god
amazing
This was 12 YEARS ago.
kendrick killed it, like actually on every level, this verse is impossible to rap along to and the rhyme scheme doesn't disappoint
It’s annoying that this song’s got a typo in its title on Spotify and I think on Tidal too (”Rigamortus” instead of ”Rigamortis”).
That’s the point, it’s supposed to be misspelled
@@adiabadic It ain’t doe, what’s the point? Plus I’ve got the vinyl and the title is correct, also on Genius it’s correct and everywhere, except for Spotify and Tidal.
its kinda hart ,how kendrick sold over 75 million records just with 3 albums or 4
dont sleep on pusha T’s verse in Palmolive.
The Andre 3000 inspiration here is so apparent I love it
