Levels and icons are not even close to similar. If they were I guarantee you levels with glow deco would be pretty highly discouraged for looking "too big"

@@Mr0nothing Most editing softwares should come with dynamic zoom features that you can apply to a clip or an image. And if you want to customize it further you can use keyframing for the rotation angle or the zoom values. Pretty easy once you know where the settings are.
