  • Thai crab omelette (ไข่เจียวปู ) is fluffy omelette full with chunks of crab meat. In Thailand , omelette is a comfort food that you can actually find almost everywhere you go. There are various style of Thai omelette with different cooking techniques you can try, this is just one of them. My family love this recipe and thought you might love it too. Please enjoy!
    *INGREDIENTS *
    4 Medium-sized fresh eggs
    800 ml Rice bran oil for frying
    7.05 oz (200g) Steamed crab knuckles
    ½ Tbsp. Soy sauce
    Fry at oil temperature about 338F/ 170C
