Jim Sweeney and Steve Steen are one of my favorite pairs- very underrated. And of course, we have the welcome arrival of Steve Frost. He's also a good foil for Tony- "I'll cross your mouth with my signet ring in a moment!"
Courtroom Scene is a great ensemble piece as the players really have to play off each other. Stephen Frost was great as the prosecutor and his game of Old Job New Job was a true Whose Line classic! :o)
Thanks to Sorma I've been able to see almost every episode since the very start! And I think this season here is my favourite (closely followed by s2, since I miss the 'clever' of the earliest ones as the show went on). This 4th season just strikes the perfect balance by all this alternating between UK & US performers so well.
I always thought Steve Frost was underrated. He was really funny, but was often on with Tony, and it's hard to seem funny when compared to the brilliance of Tony.
They were only in the UK for five episodes this season, then back in New York again, but this time instead of bringing regulars familiar in the UK they brought more of their US regulars like Ryan, Colin & Greg, where they really shined this season. I think the NY audience started getting more familiar with the show by then so they were more responsive than in Season 3. They also introduced Brad Sherwood, who became a regular later in the UK series & in the US version w/ Drew.
OMFG - Steve Frost & Tony Slattery are fk'n GENIUSES!!! I fk'n died laughing watching their ballet. IMHO the British version is the best cause of these 2 guys. Other than Ryan Stiles (definitely # 1), NOBODY is funnier than S. Frost & T. Slattery!!! 11:16 pm April 14 2010
Is this the first all british episode? Seems like there has been at least 1 American before. If it is, that's pretty cool! And first time Stephen Frost has been on, I never really cared for him on some of the later episodes I saw on TV back in the day, but we'll see what happens now that I'm watching all the episodes in order.
I can't really get used to Steve Frost. It's not that he isn't funny, but he always speaks with a rather thick accent and I literally can't understand half of what he says. I would have preferred to see Paul Merton, Tony Slattery or Sandy Toksvig to prevail on this show instead of him. But that's just me.

Steve just played the ultimate trust game... And gave Tony a mini heart attack
"Yooouuuuuu git!!"
Priceless.. absolutely priceless.. :-)
tony's ballet dance was brilliant and how steve just threw himself at tony - imagine if tony had turned around to go back back to his seat...lol

Stephen Frost and Tony Slattery were an awesome duo. They just clicked immediately

Oh gosh, the moustache bit left me in hysterics! Tony is amazing and apparently he makes quite a team with Stephen.
I love Jim's expression at 2:23, realizing he forgot the accent and got caught by Steve's "Vait a minute, vhere has your accent gone?" ROFL
Steven Frost: well, it was one of those nights!
Best All-Brit cast EVER!!
Nice to see an all-British cast. Not seen many such episodes. Err...what is Trumpton? I'm as confused as Clive.
The moustaches part was hilarious, and so also Steve Frost running around Tony holding his hand. What did Tony say at that part?
"This is prison brutality, here!" Or something to that effect 😅
Best Emotion Option Ever.
Enough said.
The introduction of old job new job prove why this game was designed for Steve Frost.
HA! Love the shocked pause at the end of courtroom! Were there a lot of Masons in the audience?
Actually I think Stephen is the only one so far who has managed to shock Tony. XD
Raise your right hand raise your left hand haha!

@Akitoluvswaffles Apparently he became addicted to cocaine back in the 1990's. Mike McShane also dropped out to help Tony deal with his addiction.
this is like a reboot of the original series
Yes he did... afterwards he said "Sehr gut, sehr gut"
My mustache is bigger than yours!
Thank you :)
Stephen Frost’s first ep!
Why when Anderson asks for Film and Theatre Styles we always get the name of TV shows or films from the audience..Gawd!!!
I'M ONLY WATCHING THIS EP BECAUSE IT HAS TONY AND JIM SWEENEY.
Glad it's back in the UK, the American audience didn't seem to get many of the jokes.
Courtroom seems to be the predecessor of Hats, further down the road...?
The whole ep list can be found on Wikipedia under "List of Whose Line Is It Anyway? UK episodes"
the first all-Brit cast was episode 1x03
Stephen Frost was in a Mr Bean episode, wasn't he? He was the laughing passenger on the train!

generalizations are so much fun
Can you see anything? Bitte? Best opening joke in WL!

5:18 Steve jumps straight for Tony, but doesn't yell "Catch me!" until 5:20. Eep!
Old job, New Job - Debut!! :)
The key word being 'so far'! ;)
CATCH ME
I mean Steve Frost by the way.
I like this show because there's no Take 2 Take 3 or Take 10, and between scenes is shown to EVERYONE, .....Not like "Off camera"
@BOWIEGIRL30 - Josie was in the american verson, season 2 I think..
Steve Steen, standing on the step, is still not as tall as Stephen!
am i the only one who hates when people put ad's on videos that they dont own...
AND COVERED IN CLINGFILM!
What did Stephen say at 6:50?
whoselineCZ Steve said "A what?"
Does anyone remember the episode where.. I think it was Sweeney who kissed Tony?
yes

Steve is rather atractive. : ) Those eyebrows though...wow.
oops...attractive
meh i find this less funny then the american version =( , loved the mustache part tho lol
