Ima simplify that. Take Uraraka’s ability as an example. Would Sammy be able to alter Uraraka’s genes, and mix them with... let’s say Momo. What would happen? Would Uraraka now become a hybrid, possessing 2 abilities instead of one? P.S. sorry.... I’m confusing ;x;
