In this episode of Zaid the crimelord in bannerlord I conquer a city as a crimelord mastermind
I challenge the current crimelord of the city of Quyaz into a deal and I take over the criminal businesses in the city
This is a series where I play as a criminal mastermind trying to overtake the criminal underworld of the Aserai Kingdom in Bannerlord and become head of the crime syndicate.
The goal in this playthrough is a sort of zero to hero type of progression where I rise from a lowly bandit to a powerful crimelord.
In this episode my goal is becoming the most powerful bandit in Bannerlord, by slowly supporting the surrounding bandit factions, building my own bandit hideout, and doing jobs for the criminal underworld of the Aserai Kingdom

I like how Zaid's story looks like Jojo part 5 and Vinland Saga but in an arabic ambiance
Bit random but I wanted to let you know leopard is actually pronounced like "leperd" not "leo pard". I get that English isn't your first language and mispronouncing a few things here and there isn't that big of an issue, but I just figured I'd let you know because personally i think it can be a bit grating. Every time i heard it felt like someone scratched a chalk board 😂 but still a good video nonetheless. Keep it up 👍, looking forward to the next one.

This is the season finale for Zaid the Crimelord. A hotfix 2 days ago broke most mods and mod dependant saves in 1.8.0. I will be rolling back to 1.7.2 and starting a Game of Thrones series I've wanted to start for a while now. I might get back to Zaid later but even if I don't he's at a good place now and he says hi to all of you.
Skyrim series is also coming now that I got my new microphone.

I'm liking this series quite a bit after the void left by Darius' ending, roguery is something that I enjoy immensely (bandit lord is my preferred playstyle since Mount and Blade 1). Good to see the fourberie mod give some much needed love to the Roguery skill.
How did you use that playstyle in warband?

@@deathbyastonishment7930 get a negative enough repetition and bandits will join your party for significant cost when you run into them, sea raiders are the best.
To make up for the expensive recruitment you have access to bandit camps to sell goods, the sale prices are ok but more importantly they don't have diminishing returns for selling the same item so you can gather a load of resources from caravans / fights and get a load of gold to keep the run going.

Zaid was never satisfied by his nature. He was a man driven, as if possessed by a the spirit of a hungry Jackal. And so he weaved brutally cunning schemes across the desert, all to get closer to his Boss, Zandina. Zandina held all the cards in the forgotten places of Quyaz; a real Legend from the criminal golden age. Zaid finally got his chance, and after making his move, the ruthless Zandina nearly took out his eye. But nevertheless, the ever persistent Jackal slashed her throat from ear to ear, and finally claimed the power he had schemed so long for. After seizing control of the local syndicates, Zaid noticed for the first time truly how deep the roots of the underworld had stretched.
Growing up, Zaid never knew comfort. He was forced to scrape, like most of those who lived like slaves in the city's lower class. There was no love for the Emirs. He knew that lowlife scum from all blocks had close ties to the local dissidents, who had been blamed for all the recent guard killings. And these days, there was always whispers of rebellion in the lamp-lit hours of the Aserai Capital. Having been a low-born scum himself, Zaid was never allowed near noble circles. But after grasping power from underneath, he found that many of the city's block leaders had it in good with the noble houses, finally making their lords ripe targets for infiltration. All men in the dark corners of Quyaz now waited intently for Zaid to make his move.
For a normal man, they wouldn't last a day in the seat. But Zaid was a calculating, brutally devious man. For Zaid, the possibilities for this power was limitless, and he was not about to let it go to waste. As if gazing upon on a gold piece for the first time once more, Zaid's eyes shined that infamous gimmer, and he grinned a most sinister grin. At this moment, the black clouds of the seasonal monsoon covered the sandstone city and unleashed devastating downpour; as if to herald a coming Age of Shadows within the Great Desert.

It does work with Fourberie and other mods but I recommend reading through the included features better than I for I did experience some crashes related to Robbery(attack keep) and Force Notable Tribute(attack village)

This helps so much! I was trying to figure out how to workout a scheme to become the ruler after taking over basically everything in a city from the inside out and building high relations with all villages and merchants

@@unddiorio6643 Hey man I know this might not be much but I just want you to know I've been in a similar situation. My parents never had a lot of money when they started their life together but they were okay, but at a certain point debts piled up and my mom got cancer and they legit made almost no money monthly because it was split between her treatments and those debts. Because of that I couldn't attend any school that I wanted to attend and had to settle with something free and ended up with a nearly useless degree. I used to survive an entire month on 50$ and grew my own food for a while (no joke).20$ of that money went into transportation to and from school, and I legit went hungry many times but couldn't ask my parents for more help than what they were already providing. I remember one time I spent 3 days during Ramadan on 0.3$. But we all kept struggling and pushing through and after 2 years of trying UA-cam worked out for me and I ended up helping my family survive for the next 3 years (this year) until they sorted out their financial situation a bit. During those 2 years I legit spent every penny I got on getting my family food and my mother's treatments. After my mother was cured I helped my dad with raising cattle and I invested everything I had in it too while paying for my sister's studies. Recently things got a lot better (but slowly, over years as I said) and we are in a much better place.
Bottom line is, I may not have been exactly in your situation but I truly know how you feel when you describe a desperate situation, and trust me, I also saw no way out of that hell but I knew that the only way is to keep pushing forward. Life has a strange way of doing things and you never know when things might play out your way and things get better. The only thing that is for sure is that you can not know unless you stick around and you keep struggling and shouldering the burden of trying to make things better.

Nah brother its Fourberie, a very very well thought out mod. I would make even more videos on it but hotfixes keep breaking 1.8.0 so Im putting it away for a while and starting another series on 1.7.2

Trial of the seven kingdoms seem like a really good GoT mod
From the youtube videos Ive seen about Game of Thrones mods, the oldest 1 with the most content is Trial of the Seven Kingdoms & then the newest 1 with the best skins for troops is Realm of Thrones.
