It is hard to tell how much will cost a job like this, it is time consuming because the components you have to remove to get there, but you could take it to a repair shop of your trust. Always, the dealership is going to be expensive. This job can be complete it in few hours. Sorry for not give an accurate information but the truck repair market right now seems to be a bit unstable.

You do not have to remove the fuel pump to remove the power steering pump
After market power steering pump about 5:00 dealer pump about a 1000 A couple of O rings shouldn't take you but a couple of hours to do-it-yourself
I just had one replaced on the side of the road a couple of hours and did not have to remove filter housing
