I think comparing prices in Vancouver with "prices in India" is bit like comparing apples and oranges. Better comparison would be with specific cities and even specific areas within a city. For example, compare Vancouver downtown with say Nariman point in Mumbai (or similar areas in Delhi or other cities within India) might be a more fair comparison. For instance, back in 1994, I had seen a 2 BR apartment across from Oberoi hotel was around 3crores in Mumbai and I am sure prices have gone up since then. Just my 2 cents. Great video and great information.

Totally agree. It seems this people don't know what it cost in major cities in India to buy a property. It's a higher price than they would imagine. Any big cities in the world are very costly.

You cannot take any other Canadian city’s real estate equity and move to Vancouver, not even suburbs. You need to put in additional $$$$$$. But you can always take Vancouver’s equity and move to any other part of Canada lol

I would say stay in Ottawa, Ottawa market has more opportunities than Vancouver. Vancouver is already saturated. Ottawa is the best in terms of house prices for now but as we all know prices are sky rocketing in Ottawa too but still you can invest in small condo or flat.
