That might have been the mod maker name. It was something called a Scepka_2. I think it was a seeder. It was super basic. Just a couple of old tires and some pipes.
You have to set it up on PC you can edit xml files or i think the easy development mod allows you to edit your money. On console I use the government sign to add money and lease vehicles to get rid of it just lease it then return it

You easy can edit the savegame file with an Text Editor to set any ammount of Money and taken loan
