Diego Luna should've won an award for this role as Miguel Felix Gallardo. Or at least been nominated. His swagger was amazing.
Felix reminds me a lot of Napoleon. Every time he got something good it was never enough. He made enemies out of friends. He kept pushing to control everything around him to the point where everyone saw him as a threat. And in the end he watched his great empire crumble under the weight of his hubris.
There was something rather Napoleanesque about Captain Mainwaring from Dad’s Army also. It was even his nickname which given to him by Warden Hodges.
I feel like the parallels between him and Napoleon is one of the reasons why Felix read so much about him while in jail.
Juan warned, Don Pablo warned, Pacho warned at last that means if shit happens your not only getting bullets or bombs or any dangerous acts of cruelty this Bolivian or Columbian or Rival Mexican cartels can pull of but also with so much glossy success and power you can be manipulated, leveraged or be forced to do something you have no affairs about. But Miguels greed was so annoying and disgusting.
I really don't watch series , but man this narco mexico was one of the best ive ever seen , got dammme this was real good all the actors
Yes all the actors in this were great, def one of my fave series of all time
sorry, but how can you say it's the best series if you've only seen one? there are others, with other topics. it's true, narcos mexico is an exciting series
If you like this, you should watch True Detective. Its like the whole chain of drugs: Narcos 1-3 it’s the story of the producer, Narcos Mexico is the story of the seller, and True detective is the story of the consumer.
“Narcos : Columbia”, “Narcos : Mexico”, “Breaking Bad” and “Better Call Saul” are two of the best well written series I have ever seen. They are absolutely the best.
By Far one of the Best Series ever made, incredible talent from all the actors. Pure Class
Him getting arrested is the reason Mexico is in the mess that it’s in
It’s a crude a version of Alexander the Great ..he conquered everything but when he died all his generals started warring for the throne …He had all the cartels rolled up into one, once they took him out of the picture it was just like he said in the series “ war, chaos and bloodshed will begin, you’ll see what happens when you let the animals out of their cages…you’re going to miss me”
I can’t believe this man is somehow still alive and in prison
I mean he was a complete monster he didn’t just survive outta luck he was smart and cunning because he was the first one to unite everyone into working together rather than fighting each other
Chris no he wasn’t a least no more then the DEA (who also tortured people) more then felix Did
@@kratosboy5557 that's because the DEA realized you can't play a game by the rules when your enemies have no rules and expect to win. You have to be as Ruthless as they are. That's why I liked Agent Javier Pena in Narcos
Most of the first 2 are fictional while Don Neto and rafer were friends Miguel met them for business only and he didn’t betray them they were just lunatics that got themselves arrested the plazas didn’t gang up on him and he ran it all from prison f years the reas why Mexico Is such a mess is because it is a extremely fucked up survival of the fittest and the more the government lets them get away with this shit the more they are going to do it until they have isis level mentally
sooner or later it had to happen. If he wasn t arrested, he d be killed by some rivals or even died by natural causes and the war between cartel would have started anyway.
"You're going to miss me .... !" Oh man was he right and I can't wait for the new season!
i dont think there will be another season of Narcos Mexico, as when he ended up in prison i believe that was his end, but they have made another serie about the story of El Chapo, which is sort of a continuation of Narcos Mexico.
i mean there was violence even when he was out but now it was way way way worse and the cartels would shed less blood with him out but even if they did let him out to help get them under control they wouldn't respect or follow him
If you guys didn’t know Miguel Angel Felix Gallardo started the first Mexican Cartel also known as Guadalajara Cartel what he did was he got all the plazas in all of Mexico and worked for Felix Gallardo which when Felix got arrested they all turned into Cartels, Juarez Cartel, Tijuana Cartel, Sinaloa Cartel, Gulf Cartel, Guadalajara Cartel was going really good until they captured and killed DEA Agent Kiki Camarena
@@poncitivo4367 Yep,they killed him because he found out that CIA worked with Felix for political reasons (fighting communists, controling the Mexican government etc.)
and he was about to show to the world their relationship.
@@poncitivo4367 Yeah, there was actually a DEA agent that came out a little while ago that exposed them. He has a great interview with Valuetainment. ua-cam.com/video/vb8vzztBISE/v-deo.html
@Emy Tran The US government is the true evil in this world. Here in Greece almost everyone hates them because they kill innocents in the name of "democracy" and they accuse countries such as Iran,North Korea or even USSR back then while they are the real terrorists...
I think when the first Narcos ended with Pablo Escobar and the Cali’s. I didn’t think they can make another that can measure up to the acting and story telling of the first.
Narcos Mexico completely blew it out of the water and is one of the best series ever.
@@adb8003 these biographical series are boring. We know how the story ends and what happened to these people
Felix Gallardo: I have no partners, I have employees
Jeff Bezos: I don't have employees, I have slaves
I love how different his downfall is from Pablo’s. More lowkey, like a crumble, rather than a bang. Slowly all his men turn on him for his mistakes, all his beefs slowly catch up with his genius.
Edit: really good vid btw, well-edited
Yea he def lost a lot of relationships he had built, got too big headed in the end.
I loved when they all pulled out of the federacion. The best part of the season in my opinion. When he realized his power was nothing without them. Which is why the Bible says absolute power belongs to God. Everyone else's power is conditional.
Right, that meeting scene when he looses everything is one of my favorite scenes in the entire narcos series
In around 2013 or so, I got a cab ride from Guadalajara that took about 75-90 minutes or so to my town. The cab driver told me his dad was associated with the GDL cartel. He told me this entire story about how it came to be and how it ended and how El Chapo had to be talked out of killing Miguel Angel Felix Gallardo for what was done to Palma's family. At that time, I had no idea who any of these people were, but then I got to watching Narcos: Mexico and the memory of that cab ride came back to me and it all made sense.
Palma got his revenge anyways. He had Clavel killed in prison and killed his children as well. He also had Felixs lawyer murdered.
People say Amado Carrillo was the most powerful drug lord in México history, I didn't know too much about him til I watch Narcos... My hometown is Querétaro, and I just discovered a few days ago, that in the 90's he lived like 4 blocks away from my house, I thought it was just an urban legend, but now I know it's true... it's a big house built in 3 lots, now it's owned by the government and it's completely abandoned. It just blows my mind to know that this extremely powerful man that I watched in Narcos, used to live 5 mins away from my house.
Cant really be true since Sinaloa was by far the weakest cartel up until 97-98, and Felix was still boss until 1993, same year El Chapo went to prison.Last but actually most important, irl it was Benjamin Arellano Felix who ordered Clevel to do it, not Felix Gallardo. Clevel never worked for Felix Gallardo personaly
@@Filip-db2tn cap, the arellanos actually helped El Guero for revenge since they had nothing to do with it, like as a truce. Miguel Felix sent Clevel to do it.
I actually liked his character better than Pablo Escobar, although he's still a dirty criminal.
Cuz he was more handsome dressed than Pablo and not so impulsive and aggressive like Pablo. He reminds of a.younger version of Gilberto Rodrigeuz.
Even critics will bow 🙇♂️ down to Diego Luna. What an exceptional artist he is! Love & Respect Diego ❤
that's the beauty of this show it basically shows how ego can take you down as easily as it built u up
Gutted he wont be in season 3! I watched mexico twice just for this actor! Very sexy guy 🔥
Felix messed up when he had Hector's Family killed then toss them into the bridge
@@l0steditz717 no I think when he betrayed his frnds Neto and Rafa
Cuz they were only ones on whom he can trust blindly
In perspective, Felix goes from one fuck up o the next. Only surviving out of sheer luck.
The best show ever made in my opinion, I have watched it 3 times and might actually watch it a 4th just because of this video. Thanks man!
I liked the depiction of the gradual degradation of his character due to his insatiable greed and ambition. Thank you so much for this! ♥️
"Yo no tengo socios, tengo empleados" hay que tenerlo siempre presente a la hora de los negocios!! 😺😼🐈🏃♀️🐕
This is beautifully well done! The music, the scenes, the lines, the music... oh, have I said music yet? well it's worth saying thrice. a masterpiece editing of a masterpiece TV series
at the end he was right.. today mexico is most confused state... everywhere chaos and unrest...
Jefe de Jefes🙌🏼
This editing is superb 🤌🏾🤌🏾
I think u should make more videos on felix.
One recommendation is make videos from narcos Mexico 1
When felix was normal guys to being a fucking legend
For all his vice he was right though, without him - who didn't partner up and thus grant favors - everyone turned on each other to gain Escobar's attention. Felix was simple, everyone worked under him and he was on top. Escobar played everyone. They made more money, but everything burned around them.
To think he did all that and he is still ALIVE in 2021.. Felix is the top boss..
This is so fucking good, maybe just good as the coke I bought yesterday
Felix was the dirtiest out of all of the cartel guys.
Still think Escobar is worse, given he has killed countless of innocent people (remember the Avianca bomb).
so you like pablo escobar ? , do you know alexander the great and genghis khan was way dirtiest than everyone , but everyone praises him for what , for his tactics and knowledge , etc, that is only this show is showing about felix , that doesn't mean show praises the felix , he was good in tactics and controlling large cartel , etc . but he is bad , show never said he is saint
This video makes me want to move to Mexico and become the next Felix gallardo.
Jefe de jefes
Buen video!
True events CHAOS'WORLD WIDE xxx
damn right we’re going to Felix Gallardo
Name of the soundtrack? Please
P.S. The best fanmade i’ve ever seen
Check out my tribute to narcos Mexico season 3 ua-cam.com/channels/PmrSMGzVEoa_ApSyQR7g9w.html it's in my channel and check out the rest of the channel and if you enjoy subscribe you don't want to miss out
One thing I to admit was that felix kept everyone in check so that way chaos would not unfold but he let his demons get the best of him.
And he apparently by a Narco's standards had a good thing going but the problem was that after wanting more than what he had already got and his actions attracted unwanted attention well we all know how that turned.
@@victormoisesgalvan1596 this system wouldn’t have lasted forever as the cartels would of started fighting each other sooner or later and then it would game over this system only lasted as long as it due to Felix being a charmer and willing to sell you his idea as if it was your idea in the first place even if they did release him he wouldn’t be able to stop the cartels now
You wanna dismantle an empire divide it❤
There's a proverb old people use to say in my country: "The lust for more ends up in a Grave"
Narcos is art❤
Fue el mejor en su tiempo
What a satisfaction!!! Watching this guy fall 😍😍😍
Really Felix organized it but later it was chaos 😢
Great work 👍
@@therevenge192 I'll be dropping more vids soon so sub up if you haven't already :)
What song called the end is chills fits perfect for character where he from
Felix bit off more than he could chew
Best 3 actors .. Azul, Felix & Neto
and he was right too!!!!!!!
Somehow I don't think Felix was so smooth looking and well spoken in real life. I'm sure he was a mad murderer. In the show he's portrayed to be super smart and controlled.
The real guy looks nothing like Diego Luna lol, he does look like a mad murderer
@@martincastro7406 Yea he looked very tall from the footage they showed of him during his capture
👏👏👏
Kiki: “you fucked up”
Felix gallardo: “na homie, you fucked up”
This was and they will ne untul their death momente real CAPPI!GALLARDO and CARRILLO FUENTES!
Yo no tengo socios tengo empleados
Everytime I see this actor I wonder how many cigarette he smoked during the show?😅😅😅😅
Me van a estrañar....y se soltaron las fieras..se fue el domador.agarrense pueblo ...y paso....
Such irony in the end of what Felix says…….
I have no slaves. I have zombies.
His drug empire is like Alexander the Great divided and fighting each other
Felix let the power get to him to the point he wad screwing over friends I wonder what he expected at the end of the season
Diego Luna's role in Terminal is so 180 degree different than this one..
lol never seen that movie, but he def has played a lot of different roles throughout his career.
I don't habe parents. I have employees
well he was damn right
And madness still in México....i dont see the end of it.....good show anyway
Guys please, could you tell me the name of the background sountrack?
Greed is one hell of a drug
felix was. is such a threat they still have him in jail

Don Neto era el jefe real, Gallardo nomas era un señuelo como Joaquin Guzman jajaja
Mexican John Gotti ending
Don Miguel 🤙💸💸
He shouldn't have had Palma's family killed, that's when I stopped rooting for him. After that he deserved to have his empire dismantled
No tengo socios tengo empleados
Si La Federación Se Uniera....Otro Pex Sería..
What’s the background music tho? Whatever it is it’s cool kinda wanna know
He did mistake by killing kiki camerena
What's the music??
Miguel Angel the best one
All this time he was right tho 🤷🏻♂️
Jeff Bezoz seem like Felix. The different only Jeff doesn't transport cocain :))
And Your Probably Wondering
Fact - he is doing business in jail
I don't understand these crime bosses. They have all the money in the world and can't hire a few bodyguards.
Lmao, he didn't have a few bodyguards. He had the whole army. Mob bosses usually have 50 to 100 vehicles when moving around.
Like and Subscribe if you enjoyed the video :)
Who's ready for Season 3
Estan listos para la temporada 3!
I don’t think it’s going to be fun watching without Felix
I think it should still be interesting to watch how the chaos unfolds without him.
