I done what u did but when I cycle bike I get some kind of ringing noise from rotor and sometimes when I turn left or right then other times there's nothing it only happens in Pas 2 to 5 but not contant but yet when I spin wheel there's no rubbing
Did you put in new pads? Typically ringing is indicative of some sort of contamination. You could try wiping down the rotor and pads with isopropyl alcohol. And maybe try re-bedding the brakes. I showed how in my first ride video. ua-cam.com/video/TIgZtJ4tt9M/v-deo.html
How do I make the pads grip the rotor again, I loosened the screw outside on the side going straight to the center of it, there’s also a spring in it and now they’re not gripping, I put it back on and now they’re not touching not even t.
Without seeing the issue, I don’t know how I can help. Maybe try one of the e-bike forums where you can post pics, etc. Or maybe support. West Michigan.
Mine came directly from Magicycle, so I can do a video showing the process of swapping them out. But they are the Tektro Aries MD-M300. Amazon affiliates link: amzn.to/3xXXzDN They also sent me new rotors…they look like 180mm. I will be installing them next week. I hope this helps!

Sounds like you loosened the adjuster on the side. Did you try tightening it?
Yes it’s tight but I still have no grip
